wear it long and curly, not up, cuz your chest will look really big and open and wierd with your hair up
then pull it back in like a simple 1/2 pony like one of these, simple, but really pretty

Well it depends on what you are wearing jewelry wise, if its something bold or flashy then wear it up to show it off.
Generally I would recommend that you hair be down, but if it is really long than it may detract from the dress. A snazzy updo is always a good option!
