Any cool hair styles?

Hey all. I always wear my hair down. It is naturally straight. When I wear my hair up, my ears are big! is there a way i could do my hair that my ears dont stick out, besides just curling it, im not an early riser and i dont have time in the morning to do too many things,

or since it's naturally straight and is always down, get your hair layered w/ cute highlights and wear it down like that.
try scrunching it with gel
