my dad wont let me get them

but im soon moving in with my mom

and i definatly want one

personally...i think you should get long side bangs to accentuate short choppy layers
first of all, you are verrrry pritty, so you could do almost anything with your hair and you would still look good, any way alot of people in my school are cutitng there hair like a cute bob or a cut like rihanna, and they are adorableee, but i actually cut my hair like i little under my sholders and it was the worst thing i ever did! i miss my long hair, so be sure you really want to do it.
