Mohawk your hair with hair gel and spike it up or something and spray it read or green blue maybe (thats what my big bro don for his 21st birthday) 6 years

Backcomb it to the extreme, loads of hairspray so it stays sticking up, looks really good if you do it right, although a nightmare to get out! aahaa!
try that spray color hair dye in bright colors
