Prom hair styles [and makeup] help please!!?

im 5'5 with dark brown hair somewhat long hair that falls below my shoulders. Im pretty tan from spring break. heres my dress:

i was thinking either messy curls pinned up or something sleek.. i want it all up tho no half up half down and all that.. pictures would be amazing. as for makeup i was thinking red lips because my date got me a red corsage? but im not sure what color red or anything

that is a gorgeous dress.....hair....curls...up, definatly...make-up is all abot skin tone and eye color. I have pale skin so I wear nuetral shades.....but if your tan......play up the eyes....maybe go with a smokey eyeshadow........eyeliner.....red lips might worl, your just going to have to try out different looks and see which one you like best.Prom hair styles [and makeup] help please!!?
