Been there. Plus-sized girls unite! :) If you have a full, more rounded face, I think the best look would be an up-do (assuming your hair is long enough to do that). Hair off the face and neck makes the face look longer, more slender. And if you pair it with some nice dangle earrings, it will make the face look even more elongated or slender. A v-cut or plunge neckline can also help. I hope that's what you were looking for in an answer. How longs your hair?
short-play it off like in the normal style but accentuate with a hair clip or headband.
medium-curl it lightly and pull back in a half pony tail
long-Ask a stylist about an up do or put it in a bun and leave two strands in front and curl them into ringlets.
